Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to ensure proper planning and coordination.

A service agreement outlining the scope of work may be provided prior to the move date.

Booking and Scheduling

To secure a moving date, advance booking is recommended. In some cases, a deposit may be required to confirm scheduling.

We will make reasonable efforts to perform services at the agreed date and time. However, scheduling may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Ensure safe and clear access at both pickup and delivery locations
Remove personal valuables such as cash, jewelry, and important documents
Disclose fragile, oversized, or specialty items in advance
Ensure that prohibited items are not included in the move

Idaho Premier Moving is not responsible for items packed by the customer that sustain damage due to improper packing.

Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport:

Explosives
Illegal items
Perishable goods (unless agreed upon in advance)
Items restricted by law

Customers are responsible for ensuring that restricted items are not included in shipments.

Damage and Claims

Pre-existing damage is not the responsibility of Idaho Premier Moving.
Any concerns regarding damage must be reported within the timeframe outlined in your service agreement.
